Looking back, I can see how every step, even the painful ones, led me home to who I truly am.

The Seeker — Learning through Life

From a young age, I was searching.
School wasn’t easy because of my dyslexia; I always felt different — sensing that my lessons would come through living and feeling, not through books.

After finishing school in Denmark, I left to become an au pair in Switzerland.
The mountains, the language, the freedom — I fell in love with the land and with myself in a new way.

Later I set off on a journey around the world — Nepal, Tibet, China, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji — thirteen months of pure discovery.
It was a pilgrimage long before I knew that word.
The world became my classroom, and life itself my greatest teacher.

The Healer — A Calling is Born

When my mother fell ill with cancer, everything changed.
At her bedside, I met a local acupuncturist and asked her to treat my mother.
That encounter awakened something deep inside me — a calling to the path of healing.

Though I lost my mother at twenty-five, I found my purpose and a lifelong friend in that same acupuncturist, my first teacher.
With the support of my husband Thomas, I began studying Chinese Medicine in Switzerland.

Guided by teachers such as Hamid Montakab, Lillian Pearl Bridges, and Jeffrey Yuen, I discovered that true healing embraces not only the body but also the Shen — the soul.

That wisdom became my compass.

The Shaman — Awakening to Spirit

Twenty years later, in Bali, I met my first shamans — healers who worked directly with spirit.
It opened a new world, where healing reached far beyond the physical.

When I returned to Switzerland, I found my shamanic teacher Daniela Rupp in the nearby mountains of Davos.
During my first workshop with her, my heart blew open.

Old wounds surfaced — especially the pain of losing my mother — and through sacred ritual, guided by Spirit, I finally released it.
The healing had been waiting for me; it was time.
And in that moment, I came home to myself.

This became my medicine — my calling — my way of life.

The Sacred Work — Holding Space for Others

Today, my work weaves together everything I’ve learned:
the wisdom of Chinese Medicine, the depth of Shamanic Healing, and the beauty of human connection.

Every client, every story, every transformation continues to teach me.
Healing is not something we finish; it is a lifelong unfolding — a return to our heart, again and again.
